Our Work
For 10 years now, we keep only what’s needed to get next year’s events started. With no paid staff and a fully volunteer-run organization, overhead stays minimal and funds are directed where they matter most, our veterans.
This money was raised for them, and that’s exactly where it goes.
Wreaths Across America
Part of our mission is to give back to Wreaths Across America and ensure that we help cover 25% of the cost to provide Wreaths to the fallen soldiers laid to rest in the Northern Nevada Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, NV.
We have now expanded to providing wreaths for Lone Mt Cemetery and Sierra Memorial.

Nevada Woodchucks
This non-profit helps provide a place where Veterans can learn how to woodwork, get their hands dirty and have some fun in the woodshop, free of charge! We provide funds to help them continue their mission.
Scooters to Veterans & Veterans Spouses
We are simply the funnel to get veterans and/or their spouses wheelchairs or scooters! We meet with people who would like to donate their scooter, have the scooter appraised and give them a thank you letter with a tax-write off for their donation and send them a smiling picture of who they helped out! It's a win, win!
If the scooter or wheelchair needs some work, we work with Daniel Walker with NV Wheelchair to help fix them up!
Honor Flight - Nevada
We provide funds to Nevada Honor Flight to help Veterans get the experience of a lifetime visiting all the memorials in Washington D.C.
In 2025 we had a gracious donation that allowed us to send 4 Reed Highschool JROTC cadets on the flight with our veterans to help escort them around the memorial grounds, push wheelchairs, take luggage, etc. These kiddos also helped with our Purple Heart Dinner and were able to assist in our Cake Ceremony during the dinner.
Blue Star Moms
We love to support our Blue Star Moms and the work they do to provide our military needed items during their deployments and ensure that the service of our veterans is always remembered.
The funds we provide to them help to provide those specific items they ship out to our troops.
Homeless Veterans
We have a volunteer, Marla Garrett, who works with the V.A. in locating our homeless veterans and we provide the funds for her to be able purchase sleeping bags, non-perishable food, first aid kits, socks, really anything that the person may need. Last year we were able to help 12 homeless veterans and our goal is to be able to help more each year.
Community for Vets
We help provide funds for community lunches that bring veterans together during the summer months!
